Budget for
Should the event be staged anywhere other than Durban, return air tickets, accommodation for two persons and car hire must be factored into the budget. Or if travel is by car AA petrol rates, accommodation & dinner for 2 persons should be budgeted for.
Prior to the mystery
All the participants will be required to fill out an enrolment form, which they will receive with their invitation. (I suggest you make up a little teaser invitation explaining what you have up your sleeve!) I will need all email addresses where possible.
These, completed, enrolment forms will be returned to me ASAP. I will then start creating the plot and suitable roles for everyone. (I need three weeks at least!)
About a week before the Murder event the participants will receive an e-mail (or envelope) with "confidential" information. This will hold their customized role. I.e. Their new name, how they see themselves, how the world sees them, what to do and what to wear….and a list of the other participants pseudo names. All this information is CONFIDENTIAL.
On the day of the event the participants will arrive dressed their part and continue to play their role through out the event.

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon confirmation of the murder mystery event. The balance of payment is required on the evening of the event.
