A suitable venue is booked out for all the participants of the murder weekend/dinner. Prior to setting off you will have been given your “customized role” and the pseudo names of all the other guests with a little “confidential information concerning their backgrounds. (Some of this may be true some could be false!)
The murder plot starts unravelling as soon as you arrive. Take note of everything you see and hear. Clues will be set out as well as a lot of red herrings to throw you off track and keep you from reaching the truth. These weekends are known for their dirty tactics, foul play, and subterfuge. Watch the shenanigans start, as everyone tries to secure advantage or worm their way out of a murder rap.
Day 1
The guests will arrive at the hotel. We will meet for sundowners, where you will be introduced to each other. The organizers of this murder, and sometimes your team mates, will have set out clues as well as a lot of Red Herrings to throw you off track and keep you from reaching the truth. Dinner is served, followed by entertainment socializing and general action and excitement. The plot thickens and the story unravels. You go to bed when you dare.
Day 2
Breakfast is served, catch up with the gossip about what actually did go on the night before. After breakfast the chosen team building activities will take place. Canoeing, bowls, treasure hunt, quad bikes, foosball (and more) but remember you partake as your character throughout this event. Cheats, bad sports. bookies show offs. wimps and game fixers are all going to be there!! No matter what you do or say, people are going to think you are pretending.
You can get away with murder!
After lunch you will be given time to relax get your breath back for the evening’s entertainment and excitement. Rest and relax as things get worse.
Dinner is memorable. Entertainment fun laughter – party till you drop (or at least one of you do!) If you aren’t murdered you will probably die laughing How are you going to explain that you didn’t do it. How are you going to explain who did do it?
Try and sleep will as your mind turns over all the clues.
Day 3
After breakfast each team will put together a short presentation on their perception of what happened and who Dunnit. This is often the most amusing part of the event, depending on how witty or clever the team is. After all “yarns” have been told the best team get the prize.
