These two gangs control organized crime such as gambling, loan-sharking; drug trafficking, prostitution, protection and bootlegging
Because of the escalating violence between the two gangs (Rabbi Kutchpekkerov and Father Pat Hiscock have persuaded the two gangs to broker a peace agreement. This agreement was to redefine territorial boundaries and apportion their various criminal activities.
These two gangs will be getting together to witness and celebrate the signing of the “Peace Treaty.” Unfortunately not everyone is happy about the turn of events. Various shady characters have muscled in on the celebration to ensure that they are still going to get a piece of the “action.” One (or maybe more) of the characters comes to a sticky end during the festivities.
